At Eddy Urquia LLC, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your custom woodworking project. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.


Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our work, all custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes furniture builds, cabinetry, restorations, and other custom woodwork.


Deposits

Deposits made to secure your project are used to purchase materials and reserve workshop time. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Eddy Urquia LLC must cancel your project due to unforeseen circumstances.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us immediately at info@eddyurquia.com or +1 (386) 244-0576.

If we have not yet purchased materials or begun work, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.


Defects or Issues

We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe your finished product is defective or does not match the approved design:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  3. We will inspect the issue and may repair, replace, or offer a partial refund if we determine the defect is due to our workmanship.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.


Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to defects or workmanship.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
